Peterson is the best!
As a single female homeowner I had what I thought was a reputable company do the winter check up on my furnace on a Friday morning. I came home from work and my furnace would not turn on so I called them, they came out and said my rollout switch was bad and I probably have a crack in my heat exchange (?). He said he could replace the rollout switch if he had the part, which he did not, but the furnace would continue to shut off. And I could not get a new furnace until Monday. A new furnace? My furnace was working perfectly prior to the cleaning!
A friend recommended Peterson so I called them on Saturday and they were kind enough to try to troubleshoot the problem over the phone. It appeared I needed a new circuit board. On Monday bright and early Peterson came out, inspected my furnace, found it was the circuit board, which they did have on the truck, and quickly made the repair. They were quick, efficient, knowledgeable, affordable and kind enough to try to help over the phone on Saturday. We all have repairs to be made in our lives, house, cars, etc. It is very difficult to find companies you can trust.
I completely trust Peterson and plan on purchasing a new furnace from them when that time comes.

I had a furnace problem right at the start of the 12/26/17 cold snap. John was out the next morning and discovered a pitch problem with an air flow pipe. One cut of the pipe and a re-connect and I was good to go. I had no idea air flow need pitch to operate properly. John & John (father & son) are polite, professional and knowledgeable, and didn't mind all my questions while doing the work. Peterson also did the HVAC work when I finished my basement recently, so this was my second exposure to the company. Very satisfied in all areas.
